यसकारण नियमित ब्रोकाउली सेबन गरौ

ताजा तरकारी तथा फलफुलमा मुख्यगरी फाइबर तथा भिटामिन र मिनिरल प्रर्याप्त मात्रामा पाइन्छ ।  अनुसन्धानकर्ताहरुका अनुसार बिषेशगरी ब्रोकाउलीमा सल्फोराफेन, इन्डोल–३–कार्बिनोल जस्ता तत्वहरु प्रर्याप्त मात्रामा पाइन्छन् । जुन तत्वहरुले हाम्रो शरिरमा क्यान्सर प्रतिरोधात्मक तत्वका रुपमा काम गर्दछन् ।
रगतमा कोलिस्टेरोलको मात्रा बढी भएमा मुटुरोग लाग्छ । रगतमा हुुने कोलिस्टेरोलको मात्रा घटाउन भुमिका खेल्ने तत्वहरु समेत ब्रोकाउलीमा पाइन्छन् । ब्रोकाउली पोटासियम, क्याल्सियम, सेलेनियम भिटामिन ए, सी, इ, र के को पनि राम्रो सा्रेत हो । जुन तत्वहरु हाम्रो शरिरको लागि फाइदाजनक छन् । त्यसैले नियमित ब्रोकाउली सेवन गरौ ।
