मन्त्रीपरिषद्ले पूर्णता पाउँदै गर्दा कृषि तथा पशुपन्छी विकास मन्त्रीमा भने महेन्द्रराय यादव नियुक्ति भएका हुन् । राय जनता समाजवादी पार्टीका तर्फबाट कृषि मन्त्री भएका हुन् ।
